01 About

Over the past 12+ years, I have delivered programs across government agencies, enterprise environments, and international startups, coordinating project delivery, operations and technical teams to ensure reliable execution.

At Telekom Malaysia, I spent close to nine years progressing from campaign management into regional project leadership in Sarawak. I delivered multi-million ringgit connectivity and ICT initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and ensuring delivery across both rural and urban environments.

More recently, I worked independently with US-based startups, supporting digital campaign operations, community engagement, and product feedback loops. My focus was on bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving and ambiguous environments.

Digital Operations & Campaign Support
  • Supported the execution of a multi-month digital user acquisition campaign by coordinating campaign activities, monitoring milestones, and tracking performance metrics, contributing to peak growth of over 10,000 new user accounts per day and expansion of the user base to more than 87,000 users over the campaign duration.
  • Led community operations by serving as a liaison between user communities of approximately 10,000 members across multiple platforms and technical teams, synthesising user feedback into actionable reports that supported product decision-making and operational adjustments.
  • Executed structured quality assurance testing across development and production environments, identifying issues prior to release and supporting stable, reliable launches for both web and mobile applications.

  • Managed program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies in line with organisational governance frameworks and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring projects were delivered within agreed requirements and controls.
  • Drove process improvement initiatives by identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing revised workflows and documentation standards, contributing to more consistent project delivery and improved cross-team coordination.
  • Engaged and coordinated with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating issue resolution, progress reporting, and timely decision-making with senior stakeholders.

  • Managed backlog orders and delivery gaps for TM Consumer sales by coordinating service activation processes, reducing backlog orders by 20% within six months and improving activation turnaround time.
  • Improved operational workflows and work processes for technical operations staff by converting management directives into standardised procedures, increasing team productivity and operational consistency.

  • Led social media management initiatives by planning and executing content and engagement activities, increasing Facebook followers from approximately 800 to 10,000 within the role period.
  • Assisted in the strategic relaunch of ACASIA Communications Sdn Bhd, supporting event planning and coordination for the ASEAN SME Showcase & Conference 2015, contributing to a high-profile relaunch officiated by Malaysia's Minister of International Trade and Industry.
