Not long ago, ChatGPT wowed us with a chatbot that seemed to have all the answers.
Now we’re entering agentic AI. It’s different. It doesn’t just answer questions. It acts.
- Create a file.
- Build a slide deck.
- Generate a risk register.
- Update a project plan.
What excites me is assigning agents to different parts of a project: one for planning, one for budgeting, and another for risk management. Each doing its part. Coordinated.
At some point, it might feel like you’ve hired a few people.
I’ve been experimenting with this myself. I asked my AI agent to build hafiy.my, my portfolio site. It structured the site, wrote the code, fixed the layout, and helped ship it.
The same approach applies to project plans, risk logs, status reports, and execution tracking.
Agentic AI can be a force multiplier for how we run projects.
It is worth exploring this future of work.
